On September 30th, Godmark High School‘s Science Club emerged victorious in the Central Region Science Fair, held at Mukono Town Hall. Competing against 15 other schools, the team showcased an innovative project titled “Solar-Powered Irrigation System for Rural Communities.” This project, led by the Head of Science Club, Jane Adero, and developed by a group of eight students, impressed the judges with its creativity, practicality, and focus on sustainability.
